Amendment to Notification No. 245/83-C.E. [ Ch. 30] Notification No. 161/88-C.E. Dated 3-5-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 245/83-Central Excises, dated the 13th September, 1983, namely :- In the opening paragraph of the said notification, for the words "paragraph 19 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1979" the words "the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979 or the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1987, as the case may be," shall be substituted.
