Amendment to Notification No. 65/87-C.E. [ Ch. 62] Notification No. 148/88-C.E. Dated 27-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 65/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "11. 63.01 Sacks and bags made of polymers of ethylene of propylene 8% ad valorem " -
