Amendment to Notification No. 120/88-C.E. Notification No. 143/88-C.E. Dated 18-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 120/88-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the opening paragraph of the said notification, for the words and figures "heading No. 87.05", the words and figures "heading No. 84.30 or 87.05" shall be substituted.
