Amendment to Notification Nos. 462/86-C.E. and 463/86-C.E. - Validity extended Notification No. 134/88-C.E. Dated 30-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1988", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1990" shall be substituted. 2. 463/86-Central Excises, dated the 9th December, 1986. In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1988", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1988" shall be substituted.
