Amendment to certain notifications relating to medicaments Notification No. 51/88-C.E. Dated 1-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) or (Department of Revenue and Insurance) or Department of Revenue and Banking, as the case may be, and specified in Column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be further amended, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in Column (3) of the said Table. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 01. 6/64-Central Excises, dated the 25th January, 1964; In each of the said notifications, for the words and figures "sub-heading No. 3003.19", the words and figures "heading No. 30.03" shall be substituted. 48/77-Central Excises, dated the 1st April, 1977; 45/82-Central Excises, dated the 28th February, 1982; and 245/83-Central Excises, dated the 13th September, 1983. 02. 230/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986 In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (2) against S. No. 2, for the figures "3302.00" the figures "33.02" shall be substituted.
