Amends Notification No. 147/84-C.E. - Chapter 28 Notification No. 245/87-C.E. Dated 30-10-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 147/84-Central Excises, dated the 18th June, 1984, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, against serial number 11, for the expression "I-Base", the expression "L-Base" shall be substituted.
