Amends Notification No. 266/67-C.E. - Warehousing Notification No. 234/87-C.E. Dated 6-10-1987 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 1, Clause (h) and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
