Rescinds Notification Nos. 75/86-C.E. and 309/86-C.E. Notification No. 214/87-C.E. Dated 15-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. No. 75/86-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986; and 2. No. 309/86-Central Excises, dated the 20th May, 1986.
