Goods notified for purposes of credit of duty under Modvat Notification No. 203/87-C.E. Dated 9-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 177/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in columns (2) and (3), for the brackets, words and figures "(other than those falling under Heading Nos. 36.05 or 37.06)", the brackets, words and figures "(other than those falling under Heading Nos. 36.05 or 37.06 or sub-heading Nos. 2201.11, 2201.12, 2201.19, 2202.11, 2202.12, 2202.13, 2202.14 or 2202.19)" shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1987.
