Amends Notification No. 132/86-C.E. Notification No. 171/87-C.E. Dated 17-6-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) against S. No. 17, for the entry in column (4), the entry "10% ad valorem" shall be substituted; and (ii) against S. No. 34, for the entry in column (4), the entry "10% ad valorem" shall be substituted.
