Amends Notification No. 258/82-CE Notification No. 155/87-C.E. Dated 1-6-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 258/82-Central Excises, dated the 8th November, 1982, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the figure "59.06", the figures and word "59.06 or 63.01" shall be substituted.
