Exemption to certain specified cotton fabrics Notification No. 141/87-C.E. Dated 12-5-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 57/87-Central Excises, dated 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, S. No. 04 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
