Effective rate of duty on certain specified resins and plastic materials Notification No. 43/87-C.E. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 222/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986, namely : In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely : TABLE (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "4 3912.10 Cellulose acetate moulding granules, and lumps and scraps arising during the manufacture of such cellulose acetate moulding granules. Twenty per cent ad valorem . 5. 3905.10 or 3905.90 or 3906.90 Homo polymer and Copolymer resin emulsions based on acrylic and/or vinyl monomers. Twenty per cent ad valorem 6. 3912.30 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Twenty per cent ad valorem -.".
