NOTIFICATION NO. GSR NO. 281(E), DATED 21-3-1995, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Delegation by Central Government of its powers and functions under Act - Amendments in GSR No. 507(E), dated 24-6-1985 G.S.R. NO. 281(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 637 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) Notification GSR No. 507(E) dated the 24th June, 1985, namely : 1. In the said notification, (i) below the words and figures "section 21", the words the figures "sub-section (1) of section 31" shall be inserted; (ii) below the words and figures "sub-section (1D) of section 108", the words and figures "section 72" shall be inserted.
