NOTIFICATION No. GSR NO. 282(E), DATED 21-3-1995, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Delegation by Central Government of its powers and functions under Act - Amendments in GSR No. 627, dated 15-5-1978 G.S.R. NO. 282(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 637 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) GSR No. 627 dated 15th May, 1978, namely : "In column (2) of the Table in the said Notification, for the figure "Rs. 1,000" appearing against said numbers 1 and 2, the figure Rs. "10,000" shall be substituted."
