Yarn (dyed, printed, bleached) - Duty reduced to Rs. 2.50 per kg Notification No. 26/99-CE Dated 4th June, 1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.5/99-Central Excise, dated the 28th February, 1999, namelty:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 133, for the entry in column (4), the entry Rs.2.50 per kg. Shall be substituted.
