Amends Notification No.25/2005-Central Excise (N.T) dated the 13th May, 2005 (CBEC notifies Chief Commissioners Commissioners' Committees for review cases) Notification No 41/2007 Central Excise (N.T.) New Delhi, dated the 19 December, 2007/206 Pawa, 1929 G.S.R. 779(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 25/2005-Central Excise (NT), dated the 13the May, 2005 , namely :- In the said notification, in the table, for the Sl. No. 39 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- 1 2 3 39 Commissioner of Central Excise, Lucknow and Commissioner of Central Excise, Kanpur Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Lucknow F.
