Important cases heard in the Delhi High Court on Monday, May 5: * Enforcement Directorate told HC it was not seeking at this stage the cancellation of the bail granted by the trial court to former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy-linked money laundering case.

* HC said no prima facie case of disparagement or infringement of trademark was made out in a plea by Indian Premier League cricket team Royal Challengers Bengaluru against YouTube advertisement of Uber Moto featuring Sunrisers Hyderabad's cricketer Travis Head.

* HC sought response of the police on a plea by former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain seeking regular bail in a case relating to murder of IB staffer Ankit Sharma during the northeast Delhi riots in February 2020.

* HC listed for hearing on August 12 petitions by AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia against the trial court's decision to take cognisance of the Enforcement Directorate's chargesheet in the alleged excise policy scam.
