I retired from Commercial Tax Deptt of UP in 2013. During the service I had the opportunity of working in all wings of Deptt that is to say Assessment, Enforcement and Appellate wings.i was also associated with the drafting of VAT Act for the State. After retirement I have engaged myself in providing consultancy services to needy. The field of consultancy has been VAT Service Tax and consumer protection law.Now after introduction of GST as single Indirect Tax throughout the country I am providing consultancy services for GST. During the journey from Assistant Commissioner to Addl Commissioner in the department I could experience the problems of business and industry due to compliance complications as well as due to lack of update in provisions. So now I am in a better position to advice. I am stationed at Noida.
