1. DSA/RG-1
2. PLA
3. Invoice
4. Production Slips
5. Gate Entry Registers
6. RG-23A I & II
7. RG-23C I & II
8. Jobwork Challans
9. GAR-7
10. Intimation to Department for maintaining Private Records etc.
11. Permission
12. Excise Registration Certificate with amendments
13. Correspondence with Department
14. Record of visit of Audit/Preventive Department etc
