about Direct selling Independent representative, Goods and Services Tax - GST

Hello Sir

I am having query regarding return submission of Representatives of direct selling co. because they actually don't have any personal purchase but the income is relative to the downside purchasing. so how to figure out the actual turnover.

Actual Turnover will the amount on which end user is purchasing less the commission/salary as being paid to Independent representative.
