Sir. Import of building materials like Tiles, under VAT for own consumption, should it be reflected in VAT Returns? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 3 of 3 Records
In my view, yes, it has to be furnished.
VAT being State subject, respective State's VAT Law need to be checked.
You may depict in your VAT returns. However, such tiles will form part of Building. This way it will not enhance your purchases since it is for own consumption.
