..... upheld and the appeal may be rejected. 5. Heard the submissions of both sides. We find that the two competing entries viz. 8471.00 and 91.06 are involved in this case. Tariff Entry 8471.00 reads: Automatic data processing machines and units thereof, magnetic or optical readers, machines for transcribing data on to data media in coded form and machines for processing such data, not elsewhere specified or included. Tariff Entry 91.06 reads : Time of day recording apparatus and apparatus for measuring, recording or otherwise indicating intervals of time, with clock or watch movement or with synchronous motor (for example Time Registers, Time Recorders.) 6.
