..... 12 lakhs approximately. We are also of the view that prima facie the quotations cannot find basis for enhancement of value for purpose of levy of duty. This is our prima facie view. In view of the fact that Rs. 20 lakhs has been paid towards duty, we waive deposit of the remaining sum of duty and penalties on all the applicants and stay their recovery during the pendency of the appeals.
