..... to the Appellant for inspection now on any appointed date. 6. We have carefully considered the facts of the case. There are two sets of information sought by the Appellant. The first one relates to the vacancy position of Information Commissioners in the CIC as on 3 October 2011. The second relates to sanctioned strength of staff in the CIC and the vacancy position with reference to some particular dates. Since both the sets of information are primarily statistical in nature, the CPIO should have clearly mentioned about the number of vacancies, if any, in respect of the Information Commissioners on the one hand and the staff on the other as on the reference dates mentioned by the Appellant.
