Circular No. 45/2005-cus dated 24.11.2005 and Circular No. 06/2007-Cus dated 22.01.2007, any other Rules, Regulations, Notifications and Instructions issued from time to time. 5. M/S Inter Globe Aviation Ltd are required to execute Bond equivalent to the value of goods to be transshipped in 3 (three) months and Bank Guarantee to the tune of 15% of the Bond value shall be furnished to ensure proper accountal of cargo under transshipment. It the duly endorsed copy at E.G.M. is not received back at Jaipur airport within 30 days, the proper officer shall demand full FOB value at goods within 7 day as a penalty for failure to perform the undertaking to transship within the specified period of time.
