Withdrawal of appeal - rectification of mistake - HELD THAT - As appellant seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal and approach this Court in the event his application for rectification is decided against him. He also states that in that event all grounds urged in the appeal may be kept open. Liberty granted. In case the appellant so wishes at a later stage to approach this Court all grounds urged in this appeal shall be kept open. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
