1999 (8) TMI 174 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the application for retention of the appeal against the order of the Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Sheva, District Raigad, Maharashtra. The decision was based on Public Notice 1/97 and 1/98.
