The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, CALCUTTA in the case of Smt. Archana Wadhwa condoned the delay of about 13-15 days in filing the appeal. The delay was due to the appellant being a driver who received the order late and the advocate suffering from conjunctivitis. The delay was condoned by the tribunal.
