Amendment of Article 132 . 17. In Article 132 of the Constitution, ( a ) in clause (1), for the words if the High Court certifies , the words, figures and letter if the High Court certifies under Article 134-A shall be substituted ; ( b ) clause (2) shall be omitted ; ( c ) in clause (3), the words or such leave is granted, and the words and, with the leave of the Supreme Court, on any other ground shall be omitted . ****************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 1st day of August, 1979 vide G.S.R. 383(E), dated 19-6-1979.
