1993 (2) TMI 268 - HIGH COURT OF MADRASExtract: .......In the instant case, it cannot, by any stretch of reason, be said that the parties contemplated that any reference to arbitration for winding up the applicant-company was possible or could be done by an arbitrator. In that view, I think, the company petition is not liable to be stayed. The application is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
