Ft. for the expansion of Export Godown in addition to the existing area to M/S. Triway, CFS which was declared as Custodian as per PN No. 127/2006 dt.01.09.2006 - reg. Attentioh of the Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their. representatives (Customs 3rokers) invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.127/2006 dt.01.09.2006 declaring M/s.Triway Container Freight Station Pvt. Ltd., situated at No.148, Edayanchavadi, New Napalayam, Ponneri High Road, Chennai - 600 103 as Customs Area under section 8(b) of Customs Act, 1962 and as Custodian vide Public Notice No.126/2006 dt.01.09.2006 for handling of both Import and Export cargo under Section 8(b) of Customs Act, 1962. Now, at the request of M/s. Triway Container Freight Station Pvt. Ltd., l, Dr. Anil K. Nigam, Commissioner of Customs, (Chennai - VIII), Custom House, Chennai - 600 001, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 8(b) of Customs Act, 1962, notify the earmarked additional area of 7000 Sq.Ft. which is situated in front of Warehouse of the M/s.Triway Container Freight Station Pvt. Ltd., situated at No.148, Edayanchavadi, New Napalayam, Ponneri High Road, Chennai - 600 103 for handling of. Export FCC Cargo Boundaries of M/s.
