Amendment in the Notification Number S.O. 2094(E) dated 13th December, 2006. - S.O. 1206 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24 th July, 2007 S.O. 1206(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide notification number S.O. 2094(E) dated 13th December, 2006 , notifying a Special Economic Zone for information technology enabled services by M/s. Electronics Technology Park at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE,- (a) at the serial number 12, for the survey number 10 the survey number 100 shall be substituted; (b) at the serial number 121, for survey number 1783 , the survey number 183 shall be substituted.
