Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 415/2021/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2021/CT-23 Dehradun : Dated: 19 July, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 330/2020/5(20)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-13 dated 20th May, 2020 (as amended from time to time) namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the words other than a Special Economic Zone unit and , the words other than a government department, a local authority, a Special Economic Zone unit and shall be substituted. 2.
