Amendment in Notification No. 8241-FIN-CTI-TAX-0043/2017, dated the 7th March, 2019 - 8520-FIN-CT-1-TAX-0001/2022 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE OF DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 05 th April. 2022 S.R.O. - In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub section (1) of section 10 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 8241-FIN-CTI-TAX-0043/2017, dated the 7 th March, 2019, published in the Extraordinary issue No.451 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 7 th March. 2019 hearing S.R.O. No. 95/2019, as amended from time to time, and the last such amendment is made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 33422-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017 dated the 30 th September, 2019 published in the Extraordinary issue No.1887 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 30 th September, 2019 bearing S.R.O. No. 329/2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 4. 6815 Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent. or more fly ash content; Fly ash Blocks 5. 6901 00 10 Bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths 6. 6904 10 00 Building bricks 7. 6905 10 00 Earthen or roofing tiles . 2.
