Amends Notification No. 25/2005-Central Excise (NT), dated the 13th May, 2005 (CBEC notifies Chief Commissioners Commissioners' Committees for review cases) [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notificatio n No. 34/2008- Central Excise (N.T) New Delhi, the 10th September 2008 . G.S.R. 647(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 25/2005-Central Excise (N.T), dated the 13 th May,2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.305(E), namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, for Sl.
