Appoints Ms. Praveen Mahajan as Director General (Safeguard) - Supersedes notification No.105/2008-Customs (N.T), dated the 2nd September, 2008 NOTIFICATION NO. 64/2009-Cus.,(N.T.) Dated: June 15, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 , and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.105/2008-Customs (N.T) issued vide G.S.R. No.631(E) dated the 2nd September, 2008, the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Praveen Mahajan as Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules. F. No. 528/23/2008-Cus.(TU) (M.
