Warehousing - Removal from one warehouse to another - Amendment to Notification No. 266/67-C.E. Notification No. 58/97-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 24-11-1997 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. No. 1771, dated the 28th November, 1967), namely :- In the said notification, - (a) in paragraph 2, in clause (i), after item (zzza), the following items shall be added, namely :- "(zzzb) Vakalapudi, (Kakinada - Division) in the State of Andhra Pradesh"; "(zzzc) Gummalladoddi Village, Korukonda Post Office, Gokavaram Mandal in East Godavari District of the State of Andhra Pradesh and Kattubadipalem, Pinapaka Post Office, Konduru Mandal in Krishna District of the State of Andhra Pradesh"; (b) in paragraph 3, in clause (a), for the words "Haldia and Kandla", the words "Haldia, Kandla, Gummalladoddi and Kattupadipalem" shall be substituted.
