Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Bombay vested with powers of Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Pune Notification No. 49/90-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 23-11-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with rule 4 of Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Bombay with all the powers of the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Pune under the said Act and the rules made thereunder.
