Auxiliary duty Notification No. 38/87-Cus. Dated 4-2-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 49 of the Finance Act, 1986 (23 of 1986), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 312/86-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1986, namely :- In the Schedule to the said notification, after Serial No. 289 and the entry relating thereto, the following S. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "290. No. 30-Customs, dated the 28th January, 1987; and 291. No. 31-Customs, dated the 28th January, 1987.
