Change in the scope of SEZ - Amends Special Economic Zone at Raviryala Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh by M/s. Fab City SPV (India) Private Limited NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th January, 2010 S.O. 9(E).—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005(28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, numbers S.O. 41(E), dated 15th January, 2007 , S.O.2128(E), dated 13th December, 2007 and S.O. 1702(E), dated 10th July, 2009 for Special Economic Zone at Raviryala Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh by M/s. Fab City SPV (India) Private Limited, namely:— In the notification for the words "manufacturing and developing semi-conductor facility along with a Free Trade and Warehousing Zone", the words 'manufacturing and developing semi-conductor facility, semi-conductor device, solar photovoltaic cells and modules and solar photovoltaic thin film modules with provision to invest in the downstream or upstream vertical chain along with a Free Trade and Warehousing Zone" shall be substituted, [No. F. 2/218/2006-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt.
