CORRIGENDUM Notification NO. 174/2006, dated 11-7-2006 In partial modification of Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India, Notification No. 44/2006 dated 1 [ 7th March, 2006 ] (F. NO.203/34/2004/ITA.II) the period for which approval has been granted under section 35(1)( iii ) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, should be read as 1-4-2003 to 31-3-2006 instead of 1-4-2004 to 31-3-2007 .
