Maytas Hill county SEZ Private Limited, Andhra Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 968(E), dated 13-6-2007. Whereas, M/s. Maytas Properties Private Limited, a private organisation in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Bachupally Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas, the Central Government on being satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled, had granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at the said Bachupally Village Area on 26th October, 2006; And whereas, Maytas Hill County SEZ Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Maytas Properties Private Limited and a special purpose vehicle for setting up of said Special Economic Zone; And whereas, M/s. Maytas Properties Limited has proposed for the transfer of the approval of the said Special Economic Zone to M/s. Maytas Hill County SEZ Private Limited, and the Central Government has conveyed the approval of the said transfer on 14th March, 2007; Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area Bachupally Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the table below, as a Special Economic Zones namely :— Table Sl.
