Notification No.14/2002-CE(N.T.), Dt. 08/03/2002 (Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals)) NOTIFICATION NO. 02/2003-CE(N.T.) DATED 13/01/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 8th March, 2002, namely: - In the said Notification, (i)(a) In Table III, for S.No.13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Sl.
