Dear Sir, 1. If your job worker satisfy the NN 13/2020-CT, then he has to issue e-invoice. 2. E-invoice time limit is as per general invoicing time limit. What is your exact question?
The e invoice portal presently does not restrict generation of e invoices which are dated prior to the date of generation.
