1965 (1) TMI 86 - SC - Indian LawsExtract: .......th sentence because although Gyanendra Kumar J. was in favour of acquittal he did not object to the confirmation of the sentence when Takru J. had given his opinion. The offence here was brutal and normally the death penalty should follow. We, therefore, decline to reduce the sentence passed. The appeal fails and is dismissed. 21. Appeal dismissed.
