Kind attention of the Exporters, Importers, Customs Brokers, Trade partners, and other Stake holders are invited to the forthcoming Union Budget for the year 2019-20 on the above subject. The CBIC has requested to furnish the views and suggestions for formulating tax proposals in the Budget 2019-20 in respect of Customs and Allied Acts. It is requested to furnish the suggestions in respect of changes in Customs Act, rates of duty, duty exemption, tariff description, revenue augmentation measures and procedures in respect of Imports and Exports and other trade activities etc to this office.
