Attention of Importers, Exporters, Custodians, Customs Brokers and other Stake Holders is invited towards DGFT s OM F. No. 01/14/2019/Vig/EC/47 dated 30.04.2019 enclosing a copy of an Office Order No. 59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 regarding cancellation of DGFT s Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 for Export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) stating that the said Office Order is forged document which has not been issued by DGFT. 2. It has been informed that DGFT has neither revised nor carried out any amendment in the original Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018. 3. In view of the above, it is requested that the said forged Office Order not to be entertained for any purpose. This issues with the approval of the Commissioner of Customs (Export), ACC, Mumbai-III.
