No. VIII(48)01/CUS/TECH/DGFT-EXMI/2014/1975-95(A) Date: 03.06.2019 FACILITY NO: 08/2019 Dated: Shillong the 03 TH June 2019 Sub: DGFT s forged Office Order No-59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 regarding Notification No-26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 Attention of trade, officers and all concerned is invited to CBIC s letter F.No.609/39/2018-DBK/644 dated 10.05.2019 and DGFT s OM F.No. 01/14/2019/Vig/EC/47 dated 30.04.2019 on the above subject. 2. In this regard, Board has informed that the DGFT s Office Order No.59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 allegedly signed by Shri Arvin Shukla, Deputy Director, Directorate General of Foreign Trade regarding cancellation of DGFT s Notification No.26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 for Export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) is a forged document which has not been issued by DGFT. It has been informed that DGFT has neither revised nor carried out any amendment in the original Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 and as such, the same is still in force. 3.
