In this regard, Board has informed that the DGFT s Office Order No.59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 allegedly signed by Shri Arvin Shukla, Deputy Director, Directorate General of Foreign Trade regarding cancellation of DGFT s Notification No.26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 for Export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) is a forged document which has not been issued by DGFT. It has been informed that DGFT has neither revised nor carried out any amendment in the original Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 and as such, the same is still in force. 3.
