Attention of Customs officers, Customs brokers, trade, and all concerned is invited to this Office Public Notice No.07/2018 dated 07.12.2018 regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT - uploading of supporting document on eSANCHlT in exports, wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on eSANCHlT in exports was introduced on voluntary basis at all EDI locations across the country. 2. Attention is also invited to Board s Notification No.33/2019-Customs (N.T) dated 25.04.2019 which has superseded Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulation, 2011. It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on eSANCHlT at the time of filing of shipping bills. The exporters/Customs brokers should not be allowed to submit the supporting documents in hard copies, henceforth. 3. In view of the above, it is requested to sensitize the stakeholder, in this regard. 4. Any difficulties, in this regard, may be may be brought to the notice of this office.
